Refund policy
Refunds:
We can only provide refunds on damaged or defective units. If the item is damaged by the customer we cannot provide a refund. If your item is defective or damaged. Please send us an email on our "contact us" page. Please include your order number, a description of the request and images of the defective unit. A member of our team will review the refund request and will respond within 24 hours of the request.
Returns:
We do not accept returns for any reason. Verse Jar is not responsible for carriers delivering items to the incorrect address. Our shipments are delivered directly to the requested address of the customer as it was formatted in the order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify the shipment address.
Order Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience for all of our customers. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel the order.
This is due to the fact that the package has already left our warehouse and is in transit with the shipping carrier. At this stage, the shipment is no longer within our control and is on its way to the destination provided at the time of purchase. Our team cannot recall, reroute, or stop the shipment once it has been dispatched.
We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, including your shipping address and product selections, before completing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
